The functions of V-ventilation, E-entry, S-search are the foundation of ladder company operations and each one of these items gets broken down into their foundational levels. Our goal is to develop and strengthen ladder company skills.  A major focus is the ability to do more with less and offer solutions to completing ladder company tasks in lieu of a ladder/truck company being on your fire ground.
